Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office tasks. Responsibilities: - Perform general administrative duties such as organizing files, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies. - Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information. - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and directing visitors appropriately. - Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to prepare correspondence and manage communications. - Support shipping and mailing functions, including coordinating deliveries and preparing packages. - Validate parking tickets for visitors and manage parking-related inquiries. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of office operations. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent customer service and communication abilities. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with scanning, filing, and general office equipment. - Experience with scheduling and appointment management. - A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
