Job Description

This nursing position offers a pay range of $28.38 - $46.17/hour with benefits such as tuition assistance, wellness programs, paid time off, parental leave, and student loan forgiveness programs.

• Join a top-ranked, Magnet-designated academic medical center with over 1,200 beds, extensive clinics, and a focus on patient-centered care.
• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams in a Level I Trauma Center and specialized centers for cancer, transplant, and stroke care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, emphasizing health promotion, illness prevention, and supportive care.
• Identify patient needs using the AACN Synergy Model, delegate and coordinate care, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and families.
• Qualifications include at least 1 year of ICU experience (preferred), RN licensure in Alabama, BLS certification (required within 30 days), and preferred certifications like ACLS or PALS.
• Work in a dynamic environment with 3-12 hour shifts, primarily in perioperative services, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
